These systems may include payroll and financial management but more often focus on resume management and skill search capabilities. Agency management software commonly includes a document management system to keep track of key documents such as resumes and contracts. Agency management recruitment software is usually limited just to the agency’s back office and does not help the agency with their candidate and client interactions.
