Neil Bolton
Chief Executive Officer
Neil Bolton has been an IT professional, and entrepreneur, a recruiter and a manager of recruiters for most of his business life. Five years ago he formed Recruitment Systems Pty. Limited, with the aim of raising the performance of recruiters - and of the recruitment industry as a whole - by the use of good systems.
He can show that good technology, combined with good management, training and mentoring, can contribute immense amounts to an organisation's bottom line.
He is passionate about the recruitment industry, and believes that recruiters are extremely privileged to be able to assist so many people at times in their lives when they can be very vulnerable. His mission - and that of Recruitment Systems - is to improve the recruitment process across the board to benefit our clients, our candidates and the industry as a whole.
