Sales Manager positions

Increasing demand for our software solutions is driving the need to expand our sales force. Our profile of satisfied customers is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Sales Managers to maintain this level of momentum. Sales Managers will generate new business, qualify prospective customers, conduct demonstrations, and manage the sales cycle associated with an enterprise-wide transaction. The ideal candidate will take a consultative approach to selling and develop and maintain formal account plans. The ideal candidate is someone who can probe for the business problem ("pain") and help customers see how using our solution will not only solve their problem but also solve it so well that they will view it as a must have in which they need to invest.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process and close enterprise sales opportunities within new prospect opportunities.

• Advise and influence top decision makers through consultative selling techniques.

• Articulate business benefits and ROI of Recruitment Systems products and solutions to top decision makers.

• Perform strategic account and pipeline management.

• Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of company and product solutions to top decision makers.

• Coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle; identify, qualify, propose, manage, contract, and close sales opportunities.

• Understand competition and industry trends to leverage the sales cycle.

• Cold calling - our leads come from several areas including referrals and our website however cold calling prospects remains a key responsibility and avenue for sales.


Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years successfully selling enterprise software solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment industry.

• Must have consistently overachieved assigned quota in software sales.

• Must be able to clearly articulate business issues and technology solutions.

• Must be able to influence and negotiate at a senior management level.

• Must posses an entrepreneurial mindset and a make-it-happen attitude.

• Must be ambitious, driven, energetic, and results-oriented.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have professional demeanor and presence.

• Willingness to learn and be coached.

• 10% to 25% travel, or more as required.

Location:

Positions are available in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra with some requirement for travel from time to time.
